How Do I Enter the Competition?
To participate in the competition:
a. Visit the website and check out the competition you want to enter.
b. Answer the competition question.
c. Select the number of tickets required and proceed to payment.
d. Log in or register if you are not already logged in.
e. Accept the Terms and Conditions and complete the purchase. You will receive an email confirming your entry.
Where is My Purchase Confirmation Email and Ticket Numbers?
After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with your entries and ticket numbers, usually within 10-15 minutes. During peak periods, it may take a few hours. Ticket numbers are assigned instantly upon purchase. If you can’t find your ticket numbers, check the FAQs below.
Where Can I View My Ticket Numbers?
After logging in, tap (mobile) or hover over (desktop) your account in the top-right corner and select “Lottery Dashboard” from the dropdown menu. Here, you’ll see all the ticket numbers for the competitions you’ve entered. Good luck!
How Will I Know If I’ve Won?
We will notify the winner by phone or email within 7 days of the competition’s closing date. If you change your contact details before the closing date, you must inform us. If we cannot contact you within 14 days of the deadline, we reserve the right to choose another winner, and you will forfeit the prize.

Who Can Enter the Competition?
Competitions are open to anyone aged 18 or over. You cannot enter if you are our employee or an employee of our agents or suppliers.
What Prizes Are Offered?
Prizes are fully described on the website. We reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.

The maximum number of entries is indicated for each competition, so your odds of winning will vary depending on the competition.
